مقادير 250غ فرينة 125 غ زبدة حبةبيض 2مغارف كبار حليب غبرة مغرف كبيرة خميرة الخبز مغرف صغيرة خمارة القاطو مغرف كبيرة سكر مغرف صغير ماشي عامرة ملح
تحضير اولا تقطعي الزبدة علي 4 وتحطيها فالكونجلتوغ 10 دقائق بعد 10 د عجني كلشي مع بعض معاهم الزبدة وعجنهم بماء بارد لازم الزبدة مدوبش مع العجين تبعو الطريقة ملاحضة لازم العجينة تبات في الثلاجة ليلا ولم التالي خدميها وعجنيها بماء بارد
