génoise salée:
mélanger bien 3 jaune d’œufs + 3 c.a.s de farine puis ajouter les 3 blanc en neige et mélanger délicatement puis ajouter le sel et le poivre. enfourner dans un moule beurré et fariné
** la farce:
*crevette décortiquée cuite avec des oignons et l'ail et g ajouter e thon
***le glaçage:
*fromage puck
ou bien cette sauce:
*******
1 Grosse pomme de terre cuite a l'eau.
-1 oeuf.
-1 verre a th d'huile de tournesole.
-1 Càs de moutarde.
-1 portion de fromage a tartiner genre chef.
- Sel et poivre.
