This is a notification regarding an upcoming scheduled maintenance on our private network. This maintenance will affect all clients with dedicated servers and/or virtual machines connected to the private network via the related aggregate switch. Please note that this will not affect public network connectivity.
The details of this maintenance are as follows:
Date: July 21st, 2014 10:00PM to 11:00PM CDT (GMT -5)
Location of Maintenance: DFT/ORD03
Summary Description of Maintenance: This maintenance is being implemented to improve the redundancy to the private backbone core in DFT.
Customer Impact: Customers could notice a private network connectivity outage of up to 10 minutes. The public-facing network will not be affected by this maintenance.
