i know its really basic, but some people don't know how to see the commands history in the server


first of all logon the SSH as a root

then , to see ur command's history

put : history

and press enter to see whats init ,


to clear the history
put :
history-c

and press enter to clear it.

Or go to /root , and read .bash_history .
like that :

cd /root;cat .bash_history

to clear it , put :
echo . > .bash_history
