مشكلة مع أكواد الـ php و الـ W3

السلام عليك ورحمة الله وبركاته ...
أخواني هذا الأكود code إلى فيها مشاكل مع معاير W3
كان في اخطاء ثانية تم تصحيحها لكن هذي مني عارف احلها
إذا مكان الموضوع خطأ الرجاء نقله إلى القسم الصحيح

طبع كل الأكواد موجدة داخل ملف HTML

رمز PHP:
