The 2.9.1.1 version of WordPress MU is now available for download:
Download .zip (http://mu.wordpress.org/latest.zip) Download .tar.gz (http://mu.wordpress.org/latest.tar.gz)
Install
Unzip into your web directory. It'll create a wordpress-mu-... directory, change that name to wpmu or copy the files to the root of your webserver.
Open that location in your browser through your webserver. Follow the instructions.
More comprehensive instructions can be found on the Installing WPMU (http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WPMU) Codex page.
If you run into any trouble configuring your web server or WordPress MU, then read the README (http://trac.mu.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/README.txt) and browse the support forums (http://mu.wordpress.org/forums/).
Upgrading
If you are using the auto upgrader in 2.8.2, please follow the instructions on the announcement post (http://ocaoimh.ie/wordpress-mu-2-8-3/) to fix a small bug in 2.8.2 that stops the auto upgrade working.
If you are upgrading from a version earlier than 1.2.4 please note that all the functions previously found in wp-content/mu-plugins/ have been moved into wp-includes/wpmu-functions.php. Please remove the files in wp-content/mu-plugins/ to avoid any potential conflicts and errors.

Previous versions of WordPress MU can be found on the tags page (http://trac.mu.wordpress.org/browser/tags). Click through to the version you want, scroll down to the end of the page where you'll find a "Zip Archive" link.
