Arabian team and Japan agreed to do an annual rowing race. Each team should contain 8 men.
اتفق العرب واليابانيون على القيام بسباق سنوي للتجديف ، على أن يتكون كل فريق من ثمانية أشخاص

Both teams worked really hard to get in the best shape. The day the race started both teams were in similar condition. ....the Japanese won by 1 mile.
عمل كلا الفريقين جاهدا للاستعداد بشكل جيد، وعند اليوم المحدد
للسباق كانت تجهيزات الفريقين متشابهه.... ولكن
اليابانيين فازوا في السباق بفارق ميل واحد

The mood in the Arabian team was really close to the freeze point. The top management decided to win the race next year. So they established a team of analysts to observe the situation and recommend an appropriate solution.
غضب العرب كثيرا ، وانفعلوا وتعكر مزاجهم ،
مما جعل المدير الأكبر يقرر بأنه يجب أن يفوز بالسباق في السنة القادمة .... لذا
قام بتأسيس فريق من المحللين لملاحظة ومراقبة السباق وتقديم
الحلول المناسبة

After several detailed analysis the team found out that Japanese had 7 rowers and only one captain.
وبعد تحاليل عديدة مفصلة اكتشفوا بأن اليابانيين ، كان لديهم 7 أشخاص
للتجديف وكابتن واحد

Of course the Arabian team had 7 captains but only one rower.

وهناك شخص واحد يتولى عملية التجديف

Facing such critical scenario the management showed an unexpected wisdom: they hired the consulting company to restructure the Arabian team.
حينها أظهرت الإدارة العربية حلاً حكيماً وغير متوقع ، لمواجهة جاهزة مثل
هذا الموقف الحرج
فقاموا بالاستعانة بشركة استشارات متخصصة لإعادة هيكلة
الفريق العربي

After several months the consultants came up with the conclusion that there were too many captains and too few rowers in the Arabian team. A solution was proposed based on this analysis: the structure of the Arabian team has to be changed!

وهو وجود عدد كبير من الكباتن وعدد قليل من المجدفين

وهو أنه ينبغي تغيير البنية التحتية للفريق العربي

As of today there will be only 4 captains in the team led by 2 managers, one top-manager and one rower. Besides that, they suggested to improve the rower’s working environment and to give him higher competencies.
وانطلاقا من اليوم سيكون هناك 4 كباتن في الفريق (http://www.dzbatna.com/vb/t26617/) يقودهم مديران
بالإضافة إلى مدير رئيسي أعلى
ويكون هناك شخص واحد للتجديف، وبالإضافة إلى ذلك اقترحوا
أن يتم تطوير بيئة عمل الشخص المجدف، وأن
يقدموا له حوافز أعلى

Next year the Japanese won by 2 miles.

The Arabian team immediatelly displaced the rower from the team based on his unsatisfactory performance.
قام الفريق (http://www.dzbatna.com/vb/t26617/) العربي (http://www.dzbatna.com/vb/t26617/) باستبدال الشخص المسئول عن التجديف فوراً ،
بسبب أداءة غير المرضي

But the bonus award was paid to the management for the strong motivation the the team showed during the preparation phase. وتم تقديم مكافأة تشجيعية للإدارة، نظراً
لمستواها العالي الذي قدمته خلال مرحلة التحضير

The consulting company prepared a new analysis, which showed that the strategy was good, the motivation was O.K. but the used tool has to be improved.
قامت شركة الاستشارات بتحضير تحليل جديد
أظهر بأن الاستراتيجية كانت جيدة،
الحوافز كانت مناسبة ولكن
ولكن الأدوات المستخدمة يجب تطويرها

Currently the Arabian team is designing a new boat.
حاليا يقوم الفريق (http://www.dzbatna.com/vb/t26617/) العربي (http://www.dzbatna.com/vb/t26617/) بتصميم قارب جديد
