دجاجه منظفه ومقطعه 8 قطع
بيضه ... 5ملاعق طحين ....ملعقة صغيره قرفه مطحونه ....ملعقه صغيره خل ابيض ... ملعقه صغيره باكنج باودر.... عصير ليمونه ...
ملعقة صغيره ملح .... ثوم مدقوق ...زنجبيل طازج حسب الرغبه

نقوم بنقع الدجاج بالخل والملح والليمون لأكبر فتره ممكنه
ندق الثوم والزنجبيل ثم نخط البيض مع الطحين وثم نضيف الخل والليمون وباقي المكونات

نضع الخلطه على الدجاج ونتركه في الفريزر مدت نصف ساعه قبل القلي حتى تتماسك عليه الخلطه

ثم نقليه في زيت عميق بس ما يكون كتير حامي عشان يستوي الدجاج من الداخل

انا عملت معه رز بالخضار
اول شي بنسبك الخضار ع النار (بزيلا ،جزر، فاصوليا خضرا
،فليفله)ونقوم بطهي الارز بالطريقه المعتاده ثم نضعه جاط التقديم ونضيف اليه الخضار ونخلطهم
